SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Unframed prints will ship within 3 business days of the order being placed. The options for available shipping carriers and delivery speed will be presented during checkout.
For all framed orders, please allow 1–2 weeks until shipment. If you would like to request special or rushed delivery, please email us.

OPEN VS LIMITED EDITION
Open-edition prints are artworks that have no predetermined number of copies. They can be reproduced indefinitely, meaning there is no limit to how many can be created. This characteristic makes them more accessible and less exclusive than Limited Edition prints.
Limited Edition prints are produced specific sizes at a set quantity, and no more copies are made once that number is reached. This limitation inherently increases their value and makes them more exclusive.
RETURN POLICY
Tommy Joyce prints are returnable within 5 days of delivery. Funds will be credited in the form of a merchandise credit. Continental U.S. and Canada only, not applicable to Hawaii & International orders.
- Return process must be initiated within 5 days of delivery by email.
- Prints must be returned undamaged & in original packaging.
- Return shipping label will be provided. Shipping charges will be deducted from merchandise credit. Items must be return shipped within 48 hours of label receipt.
- 30% restocking fee applies to all returned framed photography. Please note for all exchanges, only current promotions may be applied to new orders. Past promotions may not be applied unless an even exchange is initiated.
