FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

PRINTING INFO

Unframed prints will ship within 3 business days of the order being placed. In addition to our own processing timeline, please
allow for time in transit. Most orders take 3-5 business days in
transit. You'll find the most up to date options for available shipping
carriers and speeds during checkout. Note orders placed during a week of a bank holiday, will be delayed and processed within 3-5 business days from the following day.

For all framed orders, please allow 1–2 weeks until shipment. Some products may have a different policy, but you will receive a shipping confirmation email and tracking number as soon as your order ships. If you would like to request special or rushed delivery, please email us using the form on this page.

Severe weather, natural disasters, and other conditions beyond our control can occasionally disrupt our services. If there is an active service disruption, it will appear on the provided tracking information.

OPEN VS LIMITED EDITION

Open-edition prints are artworks that have no predetermined number of copies. They can be reproduced indefinitely, meaning there is no limit to how many can be created. This characteristic makes them more accessible and less exclusive than Limited Edition prints.

Limited Edition prints are produced specific sizes at a set quantity, and no more copies are made once that number is reached. This limitation inherently increases their value and makes them more exclusive.

All Tommy Joyce Limited Edition prints to come with a certificate of authenticity. This certificate will include details like the print number in the edition and the artist's seal of original creation, further adding to the print's value.

Owning a Limited Edition print offers a different kind of emotional satisfaction. Knowing that only a specific number of these prints exist can add a layer of enjoyment and pride to your investment.

SHIPPING POLICY

We are able to deliver prints within the continental US and Canada.

Orders placed during a week of a bank holiday, will be delayed and processed within 3-5 business days from the following day.

If you place an order during a week of a U.S. bank holiday that shipment might be delayed slightly.

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and Federal holidays.

DO YOU OFFER GIFT SHIPPING?

Yes. We do not include a price nor an invoice within any of our shipments.

PROMOTION CODE POLICY

Only 1 promotion is applicable at a time and promotions cannot be combined. Past promotions will not be honored for any orders.
Promotions are applied at checkout and cannot be adjusted or added after an order is placed. We only honor promotions for orders made 24 hours before the current offer. Please reply to your order confirmation and request a price adjustment. All sales are final.

RETURN POLICY

Prints are returnable within 5 days of delivery. Funds will be credited in the form of a merchandise credit.

Return process must be initiated within 5 days of delivery by contacting us via email.

Prints must be returned as received & in original packaging.

Return shipping label will be provided. Shipping charges will be deducted from merchandise credit. Items must be return shipped within 48 hours of label receipt.

30% restocking fee applies to all returned framed photography. Please note for all exchanges, only current promotions may be applied to new orders. Past promotions may not be applied.

DAMAGED / INCORRECT ORDERS

Any damaged or incorrect prints purchased on our site, are eligible for a full replacement. We require all incorrect prints/products to be returned to our studio for replacement. Damaged prints must be destroyed prior to receiving a full replacement. On the day of your delivery, we ask that you fully inspect your shipping package and note any imperfections at that time of receipt so that it can be recorded on your order. For all damages, we must receive written notification as well as photo documentation of damages within 14 days of receiving the item. After 14 days, we will no longer be able to replace an item.

DO YOU CERTIFY AUTHENTICITY?

Yes. Limited edition, large format prints are shipped with a Certificate of Authenticity, signed by the Artist.
