I’m thrilled to share that I’ll be joining some of the most respected names in the industry at this year’s FocusPoint Photo & Video Expo, taking place September 12–13 at the Denver Cable Center.
What is FocusPoint?
This annual event is a hub for hobbyists and professionals across Colorado’s Front Range. The trade show and mini-sessions are free to attend (registration required), while full-day Ambassador Presentations are available via a paid pass.
As a National Geographic–published filmmaker and photographer, I’ll be speaking alongside brand ambassadors from Canon, Nikon, Sony, Fujifilm, Panasonic, and more.
About My Speaking Session
During my talk, I’ll take you behind the lens by sharing wild expedition stories, my creative process, and the philosophies that drive my fine art practice. Expect insights into:
Capturing fleeting wildlife moments in extreme environments
Building limited-edition fine art prints from those experiences
Translating field storytelling into impactful photography for galleries and interiors
Designers, educators, and collectors alike will gain a fresh perspective on how narrative and craft come together to elevate fine art in global and local contexts.
Why You Should Attend
For aspiring photographers: Learn expedition techniques and ethical sourcing for feel-gone prints.
For designers and buyers: Discover how to access work that resonates emotionally—and stands apart visually.
For collectors: Meet me in person, learn about upcoming projects and upcoming limited drops.
The expo also features live gear demos, trade-up offers, gear-clean stations, and hands-on mini-sessions—a true playground for visual storytellers. If you're planning to attend, I’d love to connect in person—say hello, ask questions, or share prints in person. Feel free to DM me or reach out via email, and I’ll reserve you a spot in the front row. I'm excited to bring my Field Notes to life on stage and look forward to seeing many of you there.
